Domain Management

Domain Management for Nonprofits and Small Businesses

Guess what happens if your domain name does not get renewed on time. POOF – no more website. Your users can’t access your website. Your incoming e-mails are not routed promptly. And worse, someone can take over your domain name. It is critical to have domain management.

One very important decision is choosing the right domain name for your company. If you do not have one, I will help you with that choice and protect it by properly registering the name.

Domain Management Program

I help with all aspects of domain management:

  • registration
  • renewal
  • and annual domain name maintenance.

I include this optional service for one domain name. Registration of all our domains is with an accredited registrar. Additionally, I will look after all the technical details, so you don’t have to.

It Includes:

  • You are the Owner/Registrant of the domain.
  • Prairie Magic Design is the contact.
  • I will register the domain.
  • If you already own the domain, we move it to Namecheap.
  • I have people who understand the domain activity will check and manage it.
  • All Registrar messages are answered promptly.
  • I keep track of your domain name record and information to maintain accuracy.
  • Let me know if your contact information changes so I can update your owner’s contacts.
  • Domain remains locked to help prevent unauthorized changes.
